Technical Support Consultant / Digital Analyst - Rogers 'My Path' program
I joined Rogers as a Technical Support Consultant for Wireless. My marketing background and consumer understanding helped me to become successful in this role as this role interacts directly with the customers handling their technical inquiries.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:
Based on my performance and previous experience in analytics and insights, Rogers chose me for the ' My Path' project role “Digital Analyst” within my first year at Rogers. In this role, I worked with the technical Support Digital Team on improving the digital support resources and virtual assistant.
Marketing & Business Development Specialist
In this role, I carried out analysis to identify new business opportunities in the B2B2C (Business to Business to Consumer) textile and apparel marketspace directly engaging with the business stakeholders and representatives for international apparel brands such as Lululemon, Nike, Gap, Yamamay.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:
The business case I proposed on ‘end-product sustainability’ received management recognition. Further, I worked on a special business scoping project to identify product and market diversification opportunities to achieve the long -term revenue goals. The project deliverables received management recognition and the identified opportunities were fueled into the business and product development pipelines.
Also, I have contributed to many other key business and product development projects with insights and analytics such as development of face masks, athleisure products, and material sustainability projects. I could bring one of the product sustainability project into commercialization stage within a year by identifying & working with correct strategic customers.
Brand/Category Associate & Team Lead
At Link Natural Products, I developed strategic plans, planned and executed marketing activities to drive the revenue, profits, market share and equity of the hair care brand and the herbal pharmaceutical category.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:
• Proposed a "lighter hair-oil" as a new product based on an insight derived from market research, which is now a commercialized product in the market.
• Proposed and implemented customized joint business plans for the top customers of the company, which secured a minimum of 20% share of store space for company products.
• Initiated and implemented customer reward program which increased the turnover of the bottom tier customers by over 20%.
• Initiated and led a project to bring down the out-of-stock level of the pharmaceutical products category, which brought down the out-of-stock level from 15% to 3% within one year.
